Thanks! Easiest way is to include an item in your PvE set that isn’t in your PvP set, like a shirt or tabard. You can even combine them with multiple spells that also aren’t on the GCD. Use trinket macro, trying stop the error sfx/message. They will cast the ability on a friendly target if you have your cursor hovered over one. Choose a Name and an Icon so you can easily recognize your macro, then click "Okay. Heard that doesn't work. if you waited 61+ seconds to activate the macro the second time, the sequence will reset back to the beginning and wow will attempt to cast Apoc again. You may then fire the 2nd trinket with another press of the macro or, have #14 tied to a different spell/action.
